A Continuation of Phase one the BVI Beacon Newspaper ran this story..."Salvage crews work to free a large, partially submerged freight vessel in Baughers Bay. The vessel is surrounded by others that bore a similar fate in the wake of Hurricane Earl." September 16, 2010 issue of the BVI Beacon.
